The ISO/TS 16949 is a global automotive industry quality control standard that brings together U.S. and European standards. Through the application of ISO/TS 16949, Hyundai Autonet is improving quality in both product and production process, and gaining trust with international customers. Our systematic and efficient approach to quality management allows for a more structured approach to quality problems, resulting in a continuous reduction of defects and satisfaction of customer requirements. The ISO 14001 is an international standard for environment management set by an international standardization organization. Hyundai Autonet has built an environment management system for continuous product and production process environment improvements. Our strengthened product competitiveness and increased corporate image through environment management allows us to achieve increased market competitiveness, material and energy cost reduction, improvements in environment and performance and to become a more environmentally-friendly corporation. The Hyundai Autonet reliability laboratory possesses facilities and human resources for car-audio/AV/Navigation systems and automobile electronics product reliability testing, in which environment testing for temperature, humidity, sodium, dust, vibration and various electronic noises can be conducted during development stages. We have acquired system and technical requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 for KOLAS certification in November 7, 2002.
